WHAT IS SPAN
The SPAN Innovation Framework™ is our method for making innovation a standing capability inside an organisation, not a one-off initiative. It rests on four pillars that must all be in place: Strategy, People, Architecture and Norms.
Most methods are strong at one phase, such as vision, ideation or scaling. SPAN covers the whole span, including the leadership behaviour, culture and workflow that other methods assume is already in place.
